100 Women in Finance focuses its resources on achieving its 30X40 mission, in which women will perform 30% of investment team and executive roles, globally, by 2040. 100 Women Impact Collective is an initiative of 100 Women in Finance and all grants are made through this initiative. In general, we make grants to organizations that create awareness, provide education and connect career-ready women to employers in the global finance industry. Any applications that do not meet these qualifications will NOT be reviewed. Grants are approved by our Board of Directors.

The 100 Women in Finance Industry Jumpstart Program will provide college-age students with an introduction to the financial services industry and an experience that will help jumpstart their careers. Participants will gain exposure to the different facets of the industry and have the opportunity to meet (virtually) experienced industry participants. The three-day event will include career guidance, interviewing and networking tips, and opportunities to interact with professionals, recruiters, and fellow students. Participants can expect to spend one to two hours a day, with some pre-reading required. Some sessions will be recorded and some will be interactive.
“Impact” is one of 100WF’s three pillars, along with Education and Peer Engagement. 100WF’s Impact pillar strengthens and diversifies the global finance industry’s investment and executive talent, and creates purposeful pathways toward careers in finance for pre-career young women of all backgrounds. The Impact pillar is a direct expression of 100WF’s 30x40 Vision in which women will occupy 30% of investment team roles and executive positions by the year 2040 (Adopted by the 100WF Global Association Board, September 2019). The Impact Committees will play a role in expanding the pipeline of female talent entering the finance industry with the objective of reaching our 30X40 goal.
