LaunchMe 2025 Mentorship Program - Mentor Application

LaunchMe is a mentorship program designed for pre-career women and those who recently transitioned into the workforce, providing access to finance professionals across diverse roles in the financial services industry. Through a professional mentoring relationship, mentees can explore a wide range of career opportunities in finance, expand their networks, build essential career skills and develop business acumen.   

As a mentor, participating in the program enables professionals to enhance leadership skills by mentoring individuals outside of your organization, listening and responding to the needs of others, and leveraging knowledge to help future generations of professionals.  You will be able to advocate for new talent in the industry and facilitate connections across the industry.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

• 100 Women in Finance membership is required to participate as a mentor. If you are not currently a member, click here to learn more and register: https://app.100women.org/pages/register_new.php
• At least two years of professional experience in finance
   

Program requirements for Mentors:

• The time commitment is 2-3 hours a month
• Meet (virtually) with mentee at least once a month. 
• Participate in opening program session (or watch recording if unavailable) and attend at least one other group programming event.
